Mailing Solutions
The timely distribution of your printed communications is as important as the way they look. A beautifully produced full color catalogue will sell nothing if it doesn't reach the right audience at the right time. From postcards announcing a grand opening sale to association publications containing pressing legislative issues, we make sure your message is properly delivered through the mail.

At Frye-Williamson Press, Inc., we work with you to determine the most cost effective and timely manner in which to distribute your direct mail. Some of the criteria we identify are:

  • Geographic distribution of your mailing
  • Cost analysis of the various postal rates to determine return on investment
  • Demographic breakdown of your target audience
  • Mail piece design in relation to postal standards

Our mailing department is integrally involved with every other aspect of the production process. List counts are verified and duplicates removed before the actual printing to minimize waste. Layouts are reviewed to insure postal requirements are met, such as tab location, piece weight, thickness and size analysis to avoid costly surcharges.

Secap Jet 1 High Production Addressing and Imaging SystemTo handle the growing volume of mail processed in our plant, in 2006 we invested in the Secap Jet 1 High Production Addressing and Imaging System. This system combines a large capacity continuous belt feeder, inline tabber capable of one or two tabs simultaneously, heavy-duty vacuum transport base, 3” - 6 head inkjet printers, 4000 watt drier and an auto-sort delivery conveyor to separate pieces for proper packaging. Utilizing this system, we have the ability to barcode for automation discount and inkjet address in sequence any of the following:

  • Cards from 4” x 6” up to 6” x 11”
  • Brochures
  • Envelopes
  • Catalogues
  • Publications up to .25” thick

To compliment our Inkjet System, we have also added a Pitney Bowes DI600 FastPac® Inserting System. We can insert reply cards, reply envelopes, letters and brochures into outer envelopes from A-7 size to 6.5 x 9.5.

As part of our philosophy to be a complete partner with you in planning your mail project, we have the capability of using your database or building a custom list to meet your needs. Our data may include any of these elements:

  • Resident/Occupant in specified Zips, Counties or Carrier Routes
  • Radius counts to a geographic centroid based on miles or quantity
  • Homeowners/Renters
  • Industry specific SIC codes
  • Household Income levels
