Steve joined Frye-Williamson Press in 1997. Steve coordinates all incoming jobs with the plant and interfaces with sales staff and clients to insure delivery deadlines are met. With 32 total years in the printing industry, Steve has a well rounded background to manage the constantly changing workflow of a commercial printing plant. When not keeping the work flowing smoothly through FWP, Steve enjoys spending his spare time improving his golf game and volunteering his time for the Springfield Jaycees.

Emil has spent most of his working life in the printing business. He has hands on experience in every phase of the printing trades. Beginning his career in the bindery he has operated bindery equipment, ran printing presses, worked with conventional and electronic prepress. Before joining Frye-Williamson Press in 1999, Emil was the department head, of the in house printing plant at a large insurance co. His thirty-five years of experience on both sides of this business gives him a unique perspective of which production processes, and end products combine to satisfy customer needs.

Larry Parnell has over 30 years in the printing industry. Larry spent 26 years working in an in plant printing facility for a local insurance company. He has worked in all aspects of the printing trade including pre-press, pressman and bindery. Larry was also the Office Services Manager for the insurance company where in addition to running the print shop he was also in charge of their mail processing facility. Larry has extensive knowledge of Postal regulations including pre-sort applications and mail piece design. Larry has been a sales representative with Frye-Williamson Press, Inc. for the last six years.

Paula has been employed at FWP since 1992. Over the last 15 years Paula's duties have included all office/clerical functions including coordinating the installation of the EFI/PSI Printing MIS Software. She taught elementary school for several years and decided to make a switch when a friend of hers mentioned an opening here at FWP. Paula has 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. Reading and crocheting are two of her favorite leisure activities.

Donna has worked in the printing industry for 21 years. Nine of those years with Frye-Williamson Press, Inc.  She has 2 daughters and one grandson. Her favorite things to do are horseback riding, traveling and spoiling her grandson. Tom has been with Frye-Williamson Press for 21years. He is responsible for all aspects of electronic production including managing the Apogee X RIP, color proofing, digital imaging and large format output. His experience in both conventional prepress and the pressroom gives him a keen insight into the entire production process.

Curt's career in offset printing began 35 years ago as a delivery driver. Throughout his career, Curt has always demonstrated a strong desire to make sure the client's needs are met. From bindery to letterpress to drum scanner operator, his extensive background in all phases of commercial printing has enabled Curt to lead our pressroom to operate efficiently and cost effectively. As well as being the supervisor in the pressroom, Curt also feeds the presses by operating and maintaining the Agfa Galileo platesetter.

Bindery

In 1995, we were lucky enough to have Bill Smith join our bindery department. Soon after his arrival, his experience in all phases of finishing operations from web and sheetfed plants became evident as he was promoted to bindery supervisor. Bill coordinates with the pressroom and prepress in the beginning of the production cycle to insure a smooth delivery of the final piece.
